The Eastern Regional Football Association under the Chairmanship of Linford Asamoah Boadu has held its ordinary Congress in the Regional Capital, Koforidua.
The one day programme which took place on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at the auditorium of the Regional Library is an annual event that is held to usher in the new season – in this case 2022/23 football season.
With about 115 delegates and observers in attendance, the proceedings took off at 10am and ended at 3pm.
The Congress discussed the 2020/21 Regional competitions season, challenges and achievements, officiating and Finance, promotion and demotion, performance of ad-hoc committees, infrastructure among others.
