Michael Awuah Mensah opened the scoring in the 43rd minute before Rahman Rulf Abdul's own goal in the 47th minute condemned the visitors to their eight defeat of the season.

The Phobians have jumped two points clear at the top with 36 points ahead of second-placed Asante Kotoko's league match against Legon Cities on  Sunday.
