The long-awaited Tema Division 3 Football League is set to kick off on Friday, November 29, with an exciting ceremonial event at the Nii Adjei Kraku Sports Complex in Tema New Town.
The ceremonial kickoff will be done by the Chairman of the Greater Accra Football Association, Samuel Aboabire, at 8 a.m.
A total of 31 clubs from across the municipality will participate in this year's competition, which promises to bring thrilling football action to the region. The clubs will be grouped into three competitive zones, ensuring a balanced and exciting league format.
Games will be played at five designated Game Centers within Tema, offering fans from different parts of the municipality the opportunity to enjoy the action live.
Each zone will have its own fixtures, and the teams will battle it out for top honors, with hopes of advancing to higher divisions in Ghana’s football pyramid.
The Division 3 league is an important development platform for young and emerging talents, providing a vital opportunity for players to showcase their skills and earn spots in higher-tier clubs.
