Group A of the GFA Women’s Division Regional Championship Playoff produced some interesting fixtures in Group A, Southern Zone.

The group opener at the WAFA park in Sogakope saw the Epiphany Warriors dispatch the Halifax Queens 3:1.

The second game ended 7:1 in favour of the Mfantseman Royals, who dismantled the Samartex Ladies in a 7:1 thriller.

The final game of the day between Rootz Sistaz and Lut Thunder Ladies ended 2:3 in favour of Luta Thunder.
